I wish now I had read all the comments before I attempted to move in. Yes, attempted. I was scheduled to move in on the 14th of August. I went to pick up my keys and found out the maintainece staff had not painted, cleaned or changed the carpet, and I was told that I either had no refridgerator or it was broken. This was told to me on the day I was to move in. No one could explain why (after knowing for nearly two months that I was moving into the unit) it wasn't ready or when it would be ready. After calling and complaining to their corporate offices, which by the way, is a chore within itself, I was told that I would get my deposit back. I was told aftering inquiring again, in early October, about my deposit that I couldn't get it back because I chose to abandon the apartment. I found it odd that I could abandon something that I NEVER took possession of to begin with. The moral of the story is be sure to read your lease carefully, get everything in writing and force them to uphold their end of the contract. You can always go to the Texas Apartment Assocation - Tenants Right department for help if you're not sure what to do. And just because the deposit is only $87.50 and they refuse to give it back, especially if you complied with all the rules in the contract. Keep after it!! To someone $87.50 is lot of money. I caution anyone to never deal with this property. Once they get you to sign the lease they become disrespectful, rude and uncaring. Don't make the same mistakes the rest of us did. If its to good to be true then it generally is.

THE APARTMENT COMPLEX COULD BE BETTER,IF THE MANGERS WERE PLEASURE. THEIR ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. WHEN GO IN AND LOOK AT AN APARTMENT, THEIR SHOW RESPECT; BUT AFTER YOU MORE IN THERE IT A ANOTHER STORY. THIER DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE THE ONE PAYING THEIR SALARY.
