Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The rent is to HIGH! They have rats, roaches, criminals. They offer you nothing, but want as much money as they can get out of you. Work Orders don't get completed.The office staff are horrible, The managemnet is even worse! They have 1 person that is actually nice & helpful. i think her name is melinda. If you want to actually get a nice place to stay that is worth the money you pay.DO NOT CHOOSE FRANCES WAY.
