They will not give you the information to the owner. By law, they have to provide you the number to the owner if you request it in writing. I requested it in writing TWICE and they did not give it. I MOVED OUT!!! I wasn't going to stay there and play with them! I just did some digging around and found out the owner info below. I don't know if it's accurate or just something they listed because that address is to another apartment complex. Not sure if you'll actually get to speak to the owner but probably just their puppet so-called 'manager' or unskilled leasing clerk. Several valuable links though. Good luck.
