First of all they charge way to much for the rent. The place is not worth it trust me. I've been living @ this property almost 1 year. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP, SO THAT I CAN MOVE OUT IF THIS HELL HOLE. The staff know these apartments are overpriced. I think they moved the Richardson police Headquarters here, because the Richardson Police are always here!! ALWAYS. They do nothing to keep this place up. If you even consider living here, ask the staff to justify what you get, for the prices they charge you to live there. If I had one good thing to say about this place, it would be about the new leasing person in the office. She has a great attitude. She's always upbeat and very helpful. Where has she been all year' Even though she is their saving grace. It's really to little, to late. And the rates on this place just are to much to keep me around. If you're looking for a Greet/Good place to rest easy and call home w/o feeling like you're being screwed over. Frances Way is not the place to be..
