These apartments are horrible. First of all, the water bill is more than what you would pay for in a house. I got my water bill this month its 80.00, last month it was 70.00... seriously! When you go to ask the manager about it, she locks herself in her office to avoid you. Whenever she gets someone in and they start questioning her tactics, she fires them. It's horrible. I have made the same maintenance request for 2 weeks now and they still haven't fixed the problem. My locks were coming off my door and I had to beg one of the maintenance men to come fix it. It's not safe. And the other person was right about Richardson Police being there everyday. People are being constantly harrassed. Its horrible. I can't wait until my lease is up. I will be out of here so quick. Never again!
