If you don't need anything fixed.. it's great.

If you like high electric bills... it's great

If you like drama provided by our local cops.. it's entertaining...

However...

If you don't like close parking spaces... you might not like it...

If you don't like quality care for the property... you might not like it..

If you don't like overpaying for something not worth it... you just might not like it.
