Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2004
We have been here over 15 years at this point, and it gets worse every year. We do not feel safe here anymore (there have been two shootings within 100 feet of our apartment). I have seen a couple of drug deals in front of our aparment, I've lost track of how many people I have seen peeing in the parking lot, and people are constantly working on their old, beat-up cars in the parking lot. There are lots of other things I could go on about, but suffice it to say I agree with the other negative comments that have been expressed here. We have stayed as long as we have for financeal reasons, and because it is a large apartment for the money and the location is ideal for us, but we do not plan to renew again. By the way- if you do move here, fluency in the Mexican language would come in handy...
