Please don't be fooled when you enter the complex and proceed to the leasing office, this is the only part of the complex that is maintained, has grass and flowers and trees. The apartment that will likely be rented to you will look like a concrete ghetto,people hang outside in the parking lot into the wee hours of the night. you'll wake up to find beer bottles next to your car. The garbage area and receptacles are never maintained. You will probably live next door to a lady with 5 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment. I did.The mold in the bathrooms is unavoidable. Because it seems my neighbors were always on a quest for free cable i was taken out of service on ever so often until i moved.The pools are stank in the summertime, they are very rarely cleaned.
