We're moving, thankfully, but just some of the things that have happened to us and a neighbor since we've been there the past 2 years:

1: Car broken into (3 separate cars, 4 incidents)
2: Car stolen
3: Marijuana found on porch

Different comments:
1: Not the greatest maintenance (we've called several times on a certain problem and although they've been out to fix it, it keeps coming back and is appearing to cause structural problems in the apartment-doors stick upstairs and then don't stick, as if the floor is shifting)
2: Not the greatest fixtures, painting, etc...the doors keep coming apart, there's holes in the floor upstairs under the carpet that have been there since we've moved in.

Then there is parking. They didn't use to tow for anything except expired registration/inspection. Then they decided they had a parking problem throughout the complex, when it appears it is only the area around the leasing office could have trouble with parking. I have been towed 2 times because we were given only 2 parking tags even though we are in a 3 bedroom townhouse style apartment, and there are 4 adults living there. It isn't logical. I was towed from a spot that until they redid the parking was a visitor parking spot--they used to have this sign that kept falling down..well when they repainted visitor parking they never put it back up. We call it the ambiguous spot...though its not so ambigious now!
The only problem with visitor parking is not necessarily the amount, but the fact that cars will be parked there for months on end and never move. Recently they finally towed an abandoned van that had been there since May. And don't come home after 7 pm, because you will not find a spot except in the very back of the apartment complex, which is approximately 2 blocks back. I couldn't imagine having to walk that distance alone if I were female in the dark, with the reports of a shooting in the area and all of the crime. The area of town is just going downhill; I have had someone tell me that they've been followed home at night in their vehicle and then halfway to the apartment on foot.


Sorry so long, but overall, this isn't a place I would want to stay any longer. The space is nice for the money, but the area is just going down hill.

I am a female that lives in this complex, and all what I can tell you is don't move here if you want to feel safe :gangs hanging out, somebody actually followed my sister and we have called the cops at least 3 times for security reasons the only good thing is the size of the aparments for the price
