First rent is okay....Second back office staff is rude....Third parking rules sucks.If you lost your car parking sticker you have to pay $75 and can't get a replace sticker. Have to park in the visitor parking far from your apartment. No exceptions at all says the staff. So it's your decisions if want to move in or not!!!!!

The name of the apartment complex has been changed again! It is now La Mirada. I hope the webmaster is cross-referencing these comments. I agree wholeheartedly with the comment re the office staff. The manager is untruthful and the bookkeeper is a bully. I have observed him twice apparently taking pleasure in bullying people that he estimates will not be able to fight back----because of their uncertainties due to cultural differences or language difficulties.

The named changed again to La Mirada, the only name for this place should be "Silent Hill" and the back office staff simply "Morons".

I've read most of the review and its a shame what La Mirada used to be. Now its totally different. Staff has come and gone and the staff now is very reasonable. Yes, parking permis are limited only because it can't acomidate more than 1.5 spaces per apartment. And there is plenty of visitor parking spaces available. I like it very much here I won't recomend it, because the best thing would be for you to check it out yourself instead of getting other peoples feedback.
