if you have any decency about yourself or your family, do not move here. first of all the fact that la mairada was formerly named something else should be a clue! the fact that they were formerly named but still managed by the same company CAPSTONE says alot. it is very expensive and time consuming to legally to change a property name. many illegals live here, and the management is aware of it. hell, half of the maintenace do not even speak english. the crime is like living in the projects, and the office staff speak in spanish about you if they feel you do not understand. they do their hair and make-up in the office bathroom, during office hours, and routinely leave their curling irons HOT n plugged up for someone to burn themselves. this is a bad place to live!!!

Actually, the illegals work hard, mind their own business, and look out for their neighbors. That's my experience here. I moved here in 2005. The cultural mix has changed, but my neighborhood (all the apts between two of the parking lots ) all keep an eye on the neighborhood. I know one of those illegals was responsible for calling the police in time for the police to capture two teenager (not residents) who were breaking into cars in the middle of the night. That qualifies as a good neighbor in my book.

There is alot of inaccurate information in this posting. The name was required to change due to a new owner. There is new management, as well, once this change occurred.
