It's not really the office staff it's the management company Equity! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   They have horrible policies... This is why the majority of us are now looking at private ownerships instead of apartments run by corporate pricks who could care two cents less about you. I am getting out of here as soon as I can... DO NO RENT HERE! If you're ONE day late they charge you a $50 fine. They unfriendly towards military people as well and need your orders the same day you get them in order to break your lease. The don't work with you... Typical Dallas snobbishness... Look for apartments further up North and try to find some that are family or privatly owned... That way the landlords can actually work with you and you're not stuck with some company such as Equity... Who hire insensitive to people to work at their installments. Not to mention the price is outrageous for what you get... How about $785 after waste and water for a 1 bedroom under 700 squarefeet' Oh and if you don't have a covered spot and you park on the shoulder the threaten to tow you... EVEN THOUGH there aren't any parking spots available... The majority of their renters now are---------------------------------... I hope you're not turned away by mirads of little ------ kids running around screaming and scratching your car... This is why we're all MOVING A W A Y from D A L L A S! lol...
