Seems like apt staff writes some reviews' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Previous review seems like its been written by someone on staff at the apartments! Ha! Heres my opinions, take em or leave em! *Parking is a HUGE problem! I usually had to park about 3 buildings down and I had a covered spot- but it was usually parked in! *The apartments look good during the day when you sign your lease but after dark, I generally didnt feel safe. Its not well lit and there have been some cars getting broken into. *Noisy- walls seems to be thinner than other places Ive lived at and you can hear people outside so wondering if they skimped on insulation! *Gates broken quite a bit *Also, if you pay for a covered spot, someone will always take it and the apartments have a "no tow trucks" allowed policy so how are you supposed to get someone out of your spot'! One neighbor I spoke to said that someone parked in front of his garage and he was unable to tow it because the towing company said the same thing about not being allowed on site. So, the guy ended up buying special things to put on the persons back tires and push it out of the way of his garage- he ending up buying these things because it happened so often and he couldnt get out of his own garage! Thats absurd! *And as for "out of their control" I think the gates always breaking and the noise problems is in their control...if its not the apartments responsibilty, whos is it' The management and staff Ive talked to were rude and basically said "too bad!" So, the attitude isnt what it should be, especially for what the rent price is!! The only nice thing I will say about the apartments is when its daytime, the landscaping looks really nice for an apartment- they are always taking out the old flowers and planting new ones. Now I know where all the money goes! Ha! It does look nice though but thats not enough for me to live there! Overall, youll get more bang for your buck somewhere else! I moved into nicer apartments for $300 less w/ none of the noise problems and parking nightmares. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
