I just moved in this apartment complex about 2 weeks ago.

The management does seem have a bit of a dark side. They try to pressure you into signing alot of things you dont have to, also they blow up the rent to some insane amount then cut you a "deal" not really a deal though haha. Of course I have lived in multiple apartment locations and every single one of them, before I moved in I was treated like a king, however after you move and when you try to move out you see their true faces. So I can not talk to badly about the management, considering its the same everywhere else.

That being said, I requested a garage, been through the whole apartment parking nightmare enough times in my life. So parking is an ease for me. I have yet to have someone park behind my garage so I couldnt get out, but nothing a blaring horn for 2 hours cant fix. =) Take it from me getting a garage IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. If you are new to apartments you will find out of the hard way if you do not heed my advice. People will STEAL/VANDALIZE no matter how safe you think it is and texas weather will knock a few dents into. Also rude people will constantly park in your space, covered or not.

The apartment itself is really nice IMO. Granted its costing me an arm and a leg, but I feel that its worth it. It looks nice on the inside and I have vaulted ceilings along with new carpet. One thing though dont plan on having pets here unless you feel like throwing money away. They charge an outrageous fee that they call a deposit, but you never get the money back.

The noise lvl is not bad at all. I do live near the road but nothing a fan at night can not fix.

Only been here a few weeks so safety hasnt been an issue yet.

Overall I would recommend it so far, if you dont have pets, do not mind playing mind games with management, do not sign any "extra" paperwork when you move in and get a garage. I pay around 900 w/ a garage fyi.

Rating parking at a 5 but only because I have my own garage.
