Listen to all the "poor me's!!" If you don't like the idea of living in a nice community that doesn't represent the ghetto then pack your crap and move to a house! Unfortunately, the people on here gripe and complain about everything because they have nothing better to do in their own lives. Management is not bad at all, the leasing staff is great, and I've never had to worry about maintenance. They do their jobs! Your adult's. Turn on your TV or talk to your friends and anyone with a nutshell of a brain knows that verbal contracts mean nothing. Get it in writing! That's a given. Read what you're signing before you sign it! If you can't handle that move into a nursing home.

This is the same person that is writing articles for management on this site. Current management is horrible. The only person there that I liekd was Annie and Juleen. Juleen is gone. Annie should go somewhere else. Arlene is a horrible conciere person. That old chain smoking rude -----. What kind of retards put someone like that in a customer facing role.
Oh and yeah the manager Anne was real nice till she she was pregnant and man she became a real -----, after that she was nice again. She should not take tht out on us. if you can't be nice close your legs -----.
