Pros and Cons From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Pros- Apartments are decent and have many options for parking. Concierge services. Cons- Their gym has inadequate and outdated equimpment. Internet service is terrible because the only option is SBC fiber thru the curb service. The month to month option is not at all flexible in case you ever want to overstay your lease by a few weeks, they charge 300$ per month apart form the market rent(not the prorated rent). They have apts running in parallel to a railway track so in case you end up with one need to bear with the noise.
