DO NOT MOVE INTO MARQUIS AT WATERVIEW!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001 1 response   YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY IF YOU MOVE INTO THE MARQUIS AT WATERVIEW APARTMENTS!! There used to be the day theses apartments ruled.....not now!! The staff sucks and very rude. It takes forever to fix anything.....what were they thinking when they built the apartments next to a f_cking railroad track''''' They showed me my apartment during the day when the train was not there.......how stupid was I''' MARQUIS AT WATERVIEW...YOU ARE TOO EXPENSIVE AND YOU ARE STARTING TO SHOW YOUR AGE!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM....I AM WARNING YOU!! :-(
