I have been here for almost a year and a half.
I have never been late on rent and maybe this is why the management is so friendly. I've never had a problem with the management. The maintance folks are great also. The location is great, easy access to G Bush and 75. My apartment faces the Tom Thumb so my view is not very exciting but all my neighbors are friendly and quiet.
I have not had any serious issue with the apartments. However...
1. ATT and has a contract with the CWS people so the only choice for phone, internet and cable is through ATT. The internet is a fiber to the curb experiment that fails. It took almost six weeks to have SBC come out and install the modem. The problem is the ATT technician must be inside your apt. to set it up. If you have any problems ATT can not help you over the phone they have to send someone out which means taking a half day from work. My internet has only been down due to ATT error twice in two years. Not a huge issue. 2.I also purchased a HDTV only to find out that ATT Home Entertainment does not offer the HD format.
3. The train runs behind the complex and can be a real pain during the day and night. I would guess the train runs 8 to 10 tines evry day.
4. The rent on my apartment started at $750 a month and is now $815. My apartment is 800 sq ft. and feels much smaller.
5. Dishwasher is very loud.
All in all a great place to live however I wish I had more choices for internet and cable.
