Happy Tenant From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have enjoyed living at Marquis at Waterview for 3 yrs. now. The office staff is wonderful. There are several resident functions which are a lot of fun. The property is well kept. I recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment.
