No from me too From: beth212 Date posted: 7/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Rule of thumb is that they will increase rent drastically each time you renew lease. This is the third time I have to review my lease and now they asking $950 for single room apartment. Funny really.... There are bunch of other problem too.... Managment is not friendly. Internet/Cable connection: They have agreement with only SBC and you can not get go to any other service provider. Woff.... NO for me from now.
