The office staff is always putting blame on someone else. You can put in a maintanence request and it not be done in a week. Remember that there is a 24 hour maintainence guarantee, if your request isn't complete within 24 hours, you get your pro-rated rent amount off until complete... Take advantage b.c I have.
The rent is WAY TOO HIGH for the complex that is outdated and built in 1997. There is a mice problem, they charge for everything, and are VERY RACIST!
I wish I never moved here, I would have moved to Prairie Springs for a better deal WITH an attached garage. Don't be fooled!

If you are going to call them racist, you (1) should complain to the proper authorities and (2) actually substantiate the claim to us here so we actually believe you vs. suspecting that you're making up BS
