When I looked at these apartments, the buildings were a lovely brown brick.. The manager promised this would be a quiet place to live.... So, we gleefuly moved in because it was close to my work and supposedly quiet....

Then the trouble started.. we found cockroaches... They said they took care of the problem, there are still cockroaches... The garbage disposal was making a bad noise and vibrating, so I told them about it.. Maintenece said there was nothing wrong... My husband took a closer look and found pieces of a "Choreboy" pad tangled up in there.. The disposal still won't work right.. I'm afraid to tell the office because I know it won't get fixed...

I'm a day sleeper... That's why I moved here .. It was supposed to be quiet.. Then, the paiting started.. The crew hired milked the time on the job, left the buildings primer white for a WHILE.. It was ugly.. Then they painted the buildings with the colors chosen by the new owners.. Not bad, but the painters did a poor job with the trim.. And they were noisy...

Then the front driveway was busted up to fix a pothole.. Again.. NOISY!!!!! Now they are repaving the parking lot.. NOISY AND SMELLY!!!

And to top it all off, they are raising our rent $100.00 at the end of my lease...


Where's the peace and quiet'!

My husband went and talked to Ashley.. He said Ashley didn't care that we were being disturbed and that the rent was going up.. I'm tempted to find a new place to live..
