This place is absolutely the most horrible place on Buckingham/Prestonwood Road and I know that information since most of my friends live at other places on Buckingham/Prestonwood like Sonterra, Camden, Arboretum and SweetWater Ranch.
First of all, maintenance is a joke. They can never fix anything right. Dishwasher spits black goeey stuff all over the dishes and they cant even fix that. Closets leak water all over your clothes and ruins them since the AC unit is very intelligently placed inside the closets so they should leak right over your clothes. Everyone of my neighbors have complained to the management about leaky closets but nothing has been done so far. New management is simply the most aweful management ever on this property and I know since I have lived here for a very long time. Closet leaking has been going for the past year or so since AC units are about to give out and the management does not care about residents to replace the units. They only care about raising the rents. Grounds are dirty and never kept. Water problems all the time with the water being shut off without notification. Safety is a major concern with too many thefts and robberies going on all the time.
Some moron must have designed this place as construction is simply the most stupid I have ever seen so far. AC units as I repeated earlier are placed right in the closets to ruin your clothes. Maintenance will never come when you call them for several days to fix something and they wont be able to fix it even when they come.
Laundry room is another joke with only two units for the whole complex. They are often broken down
Cant wait to end my lease and finally move out of here.
