At first since they were new I thought they would be great but after being here a year I am surprised at how cheap they are built. Typical apartment problems, cheap appliances and inadaquete air conditioning system equate to High electric bills. carpet is cheap and was obviously painted by blind people. The apartment building already has mold and water issues that they are trying to fix. Management is nice but uncaring about tenet issues with wiring and cable issues. They could do a better job of keeping the place clean. Not really worth the money but a great location.
