Still Nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Have lived here aboit 3 years and it is still a nice place. I have never experienced any rudeness or racism, and most neighbors are nice. My concern is the maintenace which has slipped in the last several months. Security gates stay open for days at a time before being repaired. Leaking sprinker heads and faucets are not repaired promptly. Vehicles with expired tags are allowed to stay parked in the same spot for weeks and weeks and weeks even though this is against regulations. There is some dog poop but the maintenace staff does not keep the bags for picking poop up stocked in the holders. They are sometimes empty for weeks. I hope this is not the beginning of the end for this place.
