Can't use the T.I. excuse for rent that is to high. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This place is not worth what you have to pay. The reasoning is that T.I. is next to them, which really they are not since that building is not used. Landscaping is in bad shape. Cannot believe in living here two years now that the hot tub has never worked, the jets that is and management doesn't care. As far as office staff goes, Keisha is easy to deal with, then there is Lori the manager who is a total B@@@@. Where did she get her customer relationship skills in a Russian Gulag. She has absolutley no feelings for people here at all. Pools are always dirty, its pathetic. On an upside its good to see kids playing in the pool in phase 2, and I like and sometimes join in on the adults playing volleyball in the phase 1 pool. In conclusion this place is great for friends and that is all. RENT IS TO HIGH, Needs new manager or a new management company, fix the hot tub.
