we lived here for about 2 years and now moving out because of four reasons.
1) There are 7 theft attempts in last three months in this locality.
2) The 10 % increase in the rent is not worth.
3) Not feeling safe anymore.
4) management doesn't listen and care about safety.

Crime has no address, Unfortunately the management can not be held responsible for attempted break ins. If a thief wants in they are going to get in.
I too have lived here for many years and we love our home. We like the new management and all that they have brought to us residents. More events for me and my family to attend as well as repairs that previouse management never resolved.
Guys you can not hold the girls in the office repsonsible for attempted break ins!
10% increase? Maybe you were already paying below or a low rate? Can't say for that but I know my rent stayed the same and I can sign a 15 month lease.
As far as managemnt not caring about safety I am sure they do as over three of them live here including the manager.
Go to the crime watch meeting they are having and get involved and DO YOUR PART.

I think this response is from the managment. Your rent stayed the same? I just renewed my rent, it increased.
