The Good: -Nice exteriors. -Decent office staff. -The price. -Well-kept grounds. -Location (walking distance to Kroger, fast food, bank, liquor store, laundry, etc) The Bad: -Parking is a nightmare. One of my neighbors must run or work for a cab company, and there are 5-7 cabs parked near my building every night, forcing me to park about 200 yards away. If you come home late at night, be prepared for a walk to your apartment. -It's a gated community, but don't let that factor into your decision at all. The gates are functioning about 75% ...
