This is a horrible apartment complex. Do yourself a favor and check out waterviewsux.com. The maintenance is slow, toilets overflow, and they never clean an apartment right before you move in. I have lived in 3 different apartments in Waterview, and all 3 were filthy the day I moved in! We were infested with rats, ants, and roaches as well.

Waterview's walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors walking around all of the time. Since Waterview is student housing, expect your neighbors to have apartment parties going on where people just kind of spread out all over the grounds. Make sure you get earplugs to drown out the sounds of drunken sex coming from your neighbors.

Waterview also overwaters their grass so if you are going home around 10pm at night, expect to get completely soaked by the super-high-powered sprinklers. Why not just jump into the pool'

If you have a sensitive nose, a LOT of people smoke so don't even bother if you can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke. Also, there's always a mix of "interesting" smells coming from different apartments that ends up smelling like extremely horrible BO.
