My freshman year was wonderful because I lived in Phase 8. But then my sophomore year they moved me to Phase 1 (the oldest phase) and it's awful. The place is literally falling apart. The cabinets under the sinks are rotting and warping. We had a horrible cockroach problem when we first moved in. Everything is falling apart. It takes maintainence weeks to do anything and when they do, they don't understand English and therefore cannot fix the problem properly. The staff are a bunch of college students who have no idea what's really going on and Waterview has just splurged on a brand new leasing office to further the misconception that all the apartments are nice and well-kept. They hook people when they're freshman and then flush them down the toilet the next year.
