I lived at Waterview my freshman year at UTD and let me tell... my time there sucked. First off maintanence is terrible. You ask them to fix a problem and it takes them forever to come by and fix it and even then they don't fix it right. Next, the apartment in itself is just old and run down. Carpet looked as if it was decades old, ants would crawl in whenever they pleased, and everything was just OLD. Would never live there again. Plus they have one set price and no deals what-so-ever. You could find a much better apartment at a much better price elsewhere.
