I've lived in this hell hole from 4 miserable years b/c I went to school there and the rent was affordable but trust me that affordability comes at a price. It was the worst 4 years of my residential life!!! The staff is horrible, they don't care about the residents. They never tell you everything you need to know and make up STUPID rules for turning in paperwork. They know they don't need to be kind to anyone b/c students live there. If something is broken you might get it fixed in a month at the MINIMUM. Water is always being turned off to repair something or other. The conditions of phase 1-5 are extremely poor. The foundation in most of the phases are cracked or uneven. The pools are left uncleaned often in the summer. They make money off of all the residents but don't put any of that back into repairing things or upkeep. This place is a pathetic JOKE. They answer the phone "It's a great day at Waterview Park" b/c it great for them, raking in money and not fixing anything. The clubhouses are in miserable conditions but they built a huge new leasing office for themselves. The new phases have their problems too. The pools flood when it rains (another foundation issue most likely). On top of the rent you have to pay to park which is pretty ridiculous as well. Don't ever live here, it's a slum.
