You have to pay 30 dollars for a parking permit. The apartments are old and dirty, especiallly in Phase 1 and 2. Rates are 50-100 bucks higher than in the surrounding area.
Oh yeah, and electricity bills are abnormally high, even with no computer use and limited AC use.
