I have had mixed experiences when dealing with the staff at various times. Most of the times, there are extremely nice, and a few times, they have been downright rude and abnoxious. Service (repairs) calls are usually attended to promptly. The price is reasonable. But stay away from the older apts in phase 1 and phase 2. You will run up outrageous electricity bills. The other phases are newer, and much better. Pet peeve: having to pay $20 for the privilege of parking in uncovered, unreserved parking lots.

Waterview tends to have some rather irritating rules. They once fined me $50 when they found a scented candle in my living room. Btw, It had never been lit, and was still in the shrink-warp. They have also confiscated my deposit on rather flimsy grounds once before. Other than that, the community is safe (all students), rooms are spacious in 2 bdrm apts, and my general experience has been very good. Lately, it seems that the staff have been trying to improve their image. After every service call has been attended to, they usually call me up to ask me if I was satisfied with the service. And in recent months, I did notice that the staff has been on their best behavior! I hope this lasts!!!
