Oh man, this place is terrible. You know what they say about monopolies - they cost too much and have bad track records.

Freshman Year:
They had literally just finished phase 7 when we moved-in in late August. The crickets were everywhere! They came out of the light fixtures, the air vents, even the water faucets! The walkways reeked of rotting insects from the insecticide, but the crickets keep coming.

Sophomore Year:
Moved to phase 2 into one of the Quads. The previous tenants had been revolting. The entire apartment had to be recarpeted and the grout was black in the bathrooms. The bugs were not bad in phase 2, but the street noise was pretty loud.

Junior Year:
Moved to phase 3 and was right across the street from several of my classes. The main problem was that Waterview had set me up with a psychotic and her drug smoking car stealing felon boyfriend because they had ignored my request to live in a one bedroom apartment until they were all spoken for. Also, there was never enough parking so I routinely had to walk from the other end of the lot to get to my car and the lights never functioned properly in the parking lot. So that year was horrible.

Senior Year:
Stayed in phase 3 because roommate flunked out and moved back home (thank Allah) and had a friend move into other bedroom. Fireants promptly started coming up from under the corner of the carpet in my bedroom and the office did not believe me when I called. I had to describe the ants to several people and they still said all they could do was give me some ant bait traps. Nevermind the fact that they had started invading my bed and swarmed the pillows and duvet! I had to get rid of them myself using bleach in a spray bottle.

Overall, this place is H__L on Earth and much too expensive for the hassles and problems.
