My one bedroom apt at Waterview is infested with cockroaches! I find cockroaches crawling over me in my bed at night and they even get into food containers in the refrigerator. At any point in the day, you can see a number of cockroaches in any part of the apartment. I refused to move into the apartment and asked Waterview to give me another apartment, but Waterview stated that I would have to pay a fine of $360 if I didn't move into this apartment and that they didn't have any other empty apartments where I could move in. I didn't have the money and no other place to go, so I had to move in. Now I'm desperately trying to get out of Waterview without paying a fine because my apartment is clearly not a place for human beings to live in. Other people - please don't put yourself in my position and just try to find housing off campus. You'll find that off campus housing is a lot cheaper and better than Waterview.
