TERRIBLE: Home of cockroaches

Only one equation can describe Waterview perfect!
Waterview=cockroaches.

At every single apartment you see them, there is no way to get rid of these creatures. Because Management is perfectly happy, and close their eyes to problem.

Do not ever think about living here!
