Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
They are raising the prices this next school year for these apartments and it is no longer worth the convenience of living on campus. The leasing office is horrible and is mostly run by undergrad students of UTD. The apartments themsleves are infected with roaches and the maintenance is never done correctly.
