Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Roaches, old appliances, nasty carpeting in Phase 3. The freshman phase is much nicer. I heard about rapes and car thefts but the problems probably came from people living off McCallum so don't move there! The staff is unprofessional. Overall, it is decent for students. The police profile too much but they are serious about their job.
