Roach infestation not taken seriously

The roach problem was already here, and has persisted for the 6 months that i've lived here. Despite pest control coming by and spraying after you unload your entire kitchen and bathroom, there just seems to be more the next day! When I complained over the phone to management, they lied to me about a promised "strong powder treatment", which I never got. They don't take the problem seriously!
Not safe either, rape and robbery has happened since my stay
