I lived in Waterview for 4 years, and have seen considerable improvement with management and maintenance especially. I always felt safe on campus, which is a priority for the school. One summer, I did have persistent roach problems, but it did eventually get taken care of. The reason this problem is so pervasive is because of cultural differences with International students.

The apartments were definitely overpriced, especially because students' rent money went to unnecessary ipod and big screen tv giveaways. But overall, I loved living on campus and being involved with Student Life in the apartments. I would recommend these apartments, especially if you are on housing scholarship or are considering living in the newer phases.
