my first apartment here had roach issues. BAD roach issues. although that was mostly due to my room mates. the second apartment i had here had no roaches, but i was unable to sleep in it for the first seven months as they would do nothing about an upstairs neighbor who would stomp as loudly as should could on purpose to harrass me. don't live anywhere but the top floor here. they will do nothing about noisy neighbors and do not care if you can't even sleep in your own home. (she stomped so loudly it would wake me up even when i wore earplugs!).

also, if you do intend to graduate during fall, please note that they will not help you to end your lease even though you will be going to another school for graduate studies. in fact, the most they do is tell you that it should be easy to find someone to take over your lease and then procede to tell you that if you end the lease improperly that they will ruin your credit score so that you won't be able to find another place to live. this seems rather harsh as this is student housing and they should expect people to move out when they graduate.

my rent for all three places went from about $430 for a room, to $552 for a one bedroom, to $630 for a one bedroom over 2 years.
