My husband and I rented an apartment that they managed called Spring Tree Condo's and had problems getting our paperworks. They alway had someone new at the office and the person whom we talked to way either out or too busy to call us back. I alwayed pay my rent on time, but when I tried to lease another apartment and put them down for reference, they said we were late 3 times. When I asked them what are the dates that are late, they couldn't say because old management just noted. It was a bunch of B.S.. You can find better apts for a cheaper price, and better management. They noted that they were going to spray the apt for termites on a particular day so I stayed home, and they never showed up. No note to reschedule, nothing... They just wanted you to believe that they came and sprayed the apt. The other thing was that paint layers were chipping off my bath tub. In one year, my next door neighbors and down stair neighbors moved before we did.
