This place is horrible. Our A/C hasn't worked all summer. Yet our electric bill is $350. We thought the A/C had caught on fire, there was this horrible burning smell that filled our apartment. We called the office but no one ever came. The bug problem is insane. We have these HUGE waterbugs. They're like giant roaches and they're everywhere. One tried to take a shower with me, it's horrible. Then there's the parking problem. We have the parking stickers that they gave us, yet we have been towed 3 times!! It's cost us almost $600! Then, there's the crime. It's REALLY, REALLY BAD. Our neighbors had ALL of their windows to their apartment busted out. Whoever did it, cut themselves and there was blood all down the side walk. Do you know it took Management 2 weeks to clean up the broken glass and replace their windows. They never washed the blood off the side walk. Which is typical being that they never fix anything. Oh and we loose our hot water 3-4 times a month for a couple of days each time. Do not move here.
