Third World "Charm" You should pass on the ammeneties here. The include leaky ceilings, 50 year old crusty toilets, drippy shower, tiny kitchens, funky smells, insanely hi power and utiltiy bills, the stankyest dumpster around. If you move in you are kind of lucky

NO...NO...NO!!!!! The only thing going for them is having nice and sweet staff thats it! After I moved in it went down hill maintenance slow and I had to stay on them to get things done! Hole in the fence people walk in and out gates never work properly and people in the parking lot/stair ways

Major theft target location we lived here for about 2 years and now moving out because of four reasons.
1) There are 7 theft attempts in last three months in this locality.
2) The 10 % increase in the rent is not worth.
3) Not feeling safe anymore.
4) management doesn't listen and care

Glad to be going back! We moved out about a year ago to a smaller, more modest complex, which was fine. But we are moving back next month. I'm so glad!
They have bent over backwards to accommodate us and I am happy to give them our money every month (until we buy a house!)
