They seem great at first From: glassjoey Date posted: 5/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   These guys seem great at first... friendly, and they even leave a gift bag for you when you first move in. That stuff's great, until you get a rent check to them late, and they automatically slap a $110 charge on top of your rent. And then they leave you nasty messages on your door, and slap on more charges. And amenities that I was expecting, like a pool, workout facility and hot tub, are either locked up or non-functional. Thank goodness we didn't sign up for a longer lease than we did!
