| | The apartments have been improved from the years before. The office staff are very friendly. The maintenace staff are very prompt. Signs and flags look great!!! Floorplans are very spacious. Prices are affordable. |

| | Alot of the apartments are under housing. Noise is constant and Parking is terrible. There are a couple of entrances that are blocked and the streets need repairs. Only one pool behind manager´s office. Kids outside all of the time. |
