I can't believe this place hasn't done any sort of backround check on the tenants. It isn't anyplace you'd want to raise your children. You might also want to try to get some pepper spray incase you need to take out your trash after dark. I'm looking forward to some change or for my lease to be up, wich ever one comes first.
