Can't believe all the negative ratings and wonder if I'm living in the same complex.

I've been here since March 2005 and unless the rent spikes, this is the first complex ever that I will renew for another year. Maybe I just got a lucky building, but the only noise that I ever hear is a thump if someone slams a cabinet door/drawer, or if someone slams their front door. I have yet to hear any dreaded thump-thump-thump from loud music or tv's and am shocked because everywhere else I've lived I could almost hear what show they were watching and when they broke to commercials!!! Honestly, I almost feel as though I am in a single family home. This is by far the best value - the apartments are large, have attached oversized garages, and the grounds are spotless.

The only negative is the pools - they are closed at some inappropriate times on weekends for cleaning and wish they could do that mid-week. Makes sense to me!

I've never lived in a place so nice - and I'm a white-collar kind of gal.
