I've just renewed for another year here. I still think it's definitely above most complexes in the area, and while things did change with new management, I think it's all how you approach them. My rent was 4 days late and initially they wanted to charge me $100 and force me to pay by money order going forward, but when I told them the situation they agreed to cut that amount in fourths and allowed me to bring a personal check in.

The manager was very understanding and worked with me and I couldn't have been happier. The apartments are definintely sound proofed and much quieter than more expensive places in Keller. The only thing I hear is cabinet doors slamming and the three dogs below me that bark ALOT.

If there is alot of crime it must be in another area. It's very quiet where I am and I always feel safe coming in at night.
